Data deletion.
How to request deletion of the personal data Academia de Șah holds about you.

1. What data we hold
Academia de Șah (A.C.S. Oxygen) does not use Facebook Login and does not store any Facebook account data (user ID, friend list, profile photos, etc.).
We only process data you voluntarily send us:
- through the enrolment form on this website;
- through the lead forms in our Facebook / Instagram ads (name, phone, email, preferred centre and schedule);
- through the contact form, email or phone.
2. How to request deletion
- Send an email to office@academiadesah.ro with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the name, phone number and/or email address you used when signing up, so we can find your record.
- We confirm receipt of your request and send you a confirmation by email once your data has been deleted.
We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
3. What we cannot delete
If you were a student of the academy, some data must be kept for the period required by law, e.g. accounting records (receipts, invoices) for 10 years. In that case our reply explains which data is kept and why. All other data is deleted.
4. Your Facebook account data
If you removed the “Academia de Sah” app in your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), we hold no Facebook account data to delete. For data sent through forms, follow the steps in section 2.
